SHUTTERbag accepts secure payments via PayPal. Credit card purchases are handled via the PayPal payment system to ensure safe and secure payment. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. Please note – you are NOT required to have or create a PayPal account to pay with credit card. SHUTTERbag does not store your credit card details. Please refer to www.Paypal.com for their terms and conditions.
SHUTTERbag ships via UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail. All bags are sent in sturdy boxes to ensure the best care in transit. Please make sure your delivery address is correct when ordering. SHUTTERbag will not be held responsible for any mistakes. The address labels are printed directly from the information you provide. Once your order is complete and your payment is cleared, your item will be packaged and sent within one business day. We know you want your new bag as quickly as possible. Tracking information will also be sent so you can watch your bag making its way to your arms. All packages are insured at our expense.
SHUTTERbag does ship to Canada. The packaging of your bag is the same time frame, but due to customs and Canadian Post it may take a few extra days to arrive to you. It typically takes 6-9 business days to arrive. If you have any questions about shipping to Canada please feel free to email us at email@example.com.
We do ship to APO addresses. We love to offer shipping to our families serving abroad. The shipping is free for our military families serving (domestic or abroad), just email us prior to your order and we will make sure you have the proper code for free shipping. Shipping to APO addresses internationally will take a little longer in transit depending on your location.
If you live internationally and would like to order a bag you are more than welcome to order from the site! We do have retailers around the world, so please see the Find Us tab to see if a retailer is near you. International shipping is $50 USD. Transit time for international shipments takes 6-9 business days , but does vary due to your country's mail carrier service as well. Yes, all pricing is in American Dollars (USD). We are based in the US and all of our currency is done in the US dollar. If you are an international customer the currency conversion will be handled through PayPal. The conversion rate varies daily and throughout the day, so we cannot be responsible for any amount difference due to currency conversion. There is never a charge to convert currency through PayPal.

SHUTTERbag offers a 6 month warranty on your bag against defects or malfunctions. Excessive wear and tear or damage due to abuse, neglect, or mistreatment is not covered.
If you have a warranty issue, we will repair or replace (which option is taken is chosen by us) your bag. To report a warranty issue contact us by email.
SHUTTERbag offers a 7 day "no questions asked" return policy. We want you to be in love with your bag. If it is not everything you expected it would be, please email us immediately and return the bag for a full refund of your entire transaction.
If you have a bag you would like to return, you must email us within 7 days and then we should receive the bag within 7 days of your correspondence to qualify for a refund. Bags must be returned with lens cap pouch, all straps, and all dividers in order to qualify for a refund. You can contact us by email for more information.
